Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC) has been a cornerstone of international education for more than 25 years. Located on a 8-hectare green campus within Phnom Penh, and part of the Nord Anglia Education global family, NISC strives to deliver a world-class curriculum that nurtures academic excellence and creativity.
Originally founded in 1997 in what was then a rural area of western Phnom Penh, the school’s journey began with just three buildings, surrounded by calm fields and lakes. Over the years, it has grown into a beacon of excellence and fully-equipped campus featuring a modern Early Learning Centre, expansive Primary and Secondary school buildings, a Sports Hall, and an Aquatics Centre. Today, as Phnom Penh rapidly expands around it, NISC continues to stand as a prominent example of fully inclusive education.
The school welcomes students aged from 2 to 18 years old, offering a structured learning journey across Early Learning (ages 2-4), Primary (5-10), Secondary (11-16), and the globally respected IB Diploma Programme (16-18). With students representing over 40 nationalities, As a result, Northbridge boasts one of Cambodia’s most diverse and dynamic learning communities.
All classrooms are equipped with Apple TVs for seamless wireless broadcasting, reflecting the school’s commitment to integrating technology into learning. Its sporting facilities, and an on-site café provide a welcoming and balanced environment for both academic and extracurricular development.
Northbridge International School also places a strong emphasis on activities beyond the classroom. Students can explore interests in music, dance, drama, arts and crafts. They can also gain hands-on experience in robotics, STEAM, Chinese, and even first aid, encouraging them to develop both soft skills and real-world knowledge.
