In early 2025, Vin Kebblewhite stepped in as General Manager, bringing with him over two decades of hospitality experience and a deep connection to Cambodia, which he’s called home for the past ten years.

As General Manager, Vin oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the hotel, with a clear goal in mind:

That vision is already taking shape through a series of recent developments. One key highlight has been the launch of a new entertainment lineup at UP by KVL, the rooftop bar that offers panoramic views of the Mekong. “We’ve introduced our resident DJ Lily and live acoustic music—bringing an exciting new vibe to the space,” Vin says.
KVL has also begun playing host to a range of community and professional events. “We’ve had the pleasure of hosting the AusCham AusCONNECT networking evening, and we’re looking forward to welcoming InterNations later this month.
As proud members of several business chambers, we look forward to welcoming the wider business community into Hôtel KVL throughout 2025—and I personally look forward to attending many more community-driven events.”
