Phnom Penh Gears Up for the 11th Edition of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride
Phnom Penh’s most stylish charity event returns on Sunday, May 18, 2025, as the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) rolls out for its 11th unforgettable edition. Motorcyclists across the capital are invited to don their finest attire and join riders in over 1,000 cities worldwide, raising funds and awareness for men’s mental health and prostate cancer research.
Organized by a passionate local team, Massimiliano Tropeano, Karl Diederich, Mathieu Ritt, Lorrain Talmant, and Fabien Coulom, the Phnom Penh edition of the DGR has become a highlight on the city’s annual event calendar. Last year’s ride raised around $8,000, the highest amount raised by any Southeast Asian DGR chapter.
A Global Cause with Local Heart
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is more than just a parade of dapper motorcycles. It is part of a global movement supporting Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. New highlights include:
- Fresher Ride Route: Carefully planned to beat the heat and offer a comfortable cruise through the city.
- Raffle Prizes & Auction: Featuring exciting prizes from local partners. All proceeds will support the Movember Foundation.
- DGR Pool Party – Afterparty: Riders are invited to a poolside celebration at Raffles Hotel Le Royal. Expect live music by The Kampot Playboys, cigars, fresh beers, and good vibes. Swimming attire highly recommended.
