CLS Partners with ARC Startup Accelerator 2025 to Power Cambodia’s Next Wave of Entrepreneurs

CLS Partners with ARC

Cambodia Lifestyle (CLS) is proud to be the official media partner of ARC Startup Accelerator 2025, an initiative set to drive Cambodia’s most promising ventures onto the global stage. Taking place this October, the program will culminate in a full-day Startup Accelerator Conference on October 16, 2025, hosted at the AUPP Technology Center (ATC).

This year’s conference will bring together founders, mentors, investors, and industry leaders for a day of keynote speeches, panel discussions, startup showcases, and a high-stakes pitch competition. With the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications lending its support, ARC 2025 is shaping up to be one of the country’s most impactful platforms for entrepreneurs.

Building on Past Momentum

CLS has previously followed ARC’s journey, including its Investor Day hosted at AUPP earlier this year, which highlighted the energy and ambition of Cambodia’s startup community. That event attracted investors, innovators, and students eager to explore the possibilities of Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As CLS reported at the time, “Investor Day at AUPP underscored the growing role of innovation in Cambodia’s economic future and highlighted the value of connecting students and startups with regional and global investors.”

A Platform for Cambodia’s Startup Future

For this latest edition, ARC is doubling down on its mission to not only accelerate startups but also to showcase Cambodia as a hub of creativity and resilience.

Guest speakers will include H.E. So Visothy, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, alongside leaders from GIZ, Bebop APAC, Red Team Partners, and COTI Group. Their presence underscores Cambodia’s growing relevance on the regional innovation map.

Startups participating in the conference will present fresh ideas and practical solutions for industries ranging from fintech to sustainability. The pitch competition promises to be a highlight, giving founders the chance to capture investor interest and win recognition as Cambodia’s next breakout success story.

CLS on Supporting Entrepreneurship

Reflecting on the partnership, CLS founder Tom Starkey shared: “Cambodia Lifestyle itself was once a startup, so we know the excitement, challenges, and opportunities that come with building something new. That’s why we love supporting and promoting events like ARC. They showcase the incredible entrepreneurial talent in Cambodia and the fresh ideas driven by the country’s young energy, much of it nurtured through international schools such as AUPP.”

More Than Business

The ARC Startup Accelerator is about more than building companies. It’s about creating a culture of innovation and giving young Cambodians the confidence to test their ideas on a regional and global stage. With CLS as media partner, the stories behind these startups, and the people driving them, will be shared widely, ensuring the momentum extends beyond the event itself.
